Meet Galmar at Korvanjund, fight past the Imperials and through the ruins to the tomb, and bring the Jagged Crown back to Ulfric Stormcloak in Windhelm.

How to start
Speak to Galmar Stone-Fist after taking the Stormcloak oath; he sends you to Korvanjund.
Good to know
At the end you can still change sides by taking the crown to General Tullius in Solitude and asking to join the Legion instead.
