Message to Whiterun
Take Ulfric's War Axe to Jarl Balgruuf in Dragonsreach, wait for his answer and carry it back to Ulfric.
- Questline: Civil War – Stormcloaks
- Given by: Ulfric Stormcloak
- Where: Whiterun Hold
How to start
Starts when you give Ulfric Stormcloak the Jagged Crown in Windhelm and he hands you his war axe to deliver.
Good to know
You cannot hand over the axe until Bleak Falls Barrow and Dragon Rising are finished, or while Odahviing is still in Dragonsreach during The World-Eater's Eyrie. Whiterun goes under siege until the battle ends, so finish your business there first.
