Reunification of Skyrim
An umbrella quest that tracks the whole Imperial campaign: Legate Rikke sends you to take one hold at a time, in a fixed order from The Pale to Eastmarch. The war pauses during the Season Unending truce and resumes once Dragonslayer is done.
- Questline: Civil War – Imperial Legion
- Given by: Automatic after the Battle for Whiterun
- Reward: Legion ranks, levelled items and levelled gold
- Where: Solitude
How to start
Starts by itself when the Battle for Whiterun ends; report to General Tullius at Castle Dour, then take orders from Legate Rikke at each Imperial camp.
Can be missed
Ranks come only if you attack and do not flee a battle, and not for holds the council gave you. Bad trades at the council can also block ranks and the War Hero achievement.
Good to know
The Pale, The Rift and Winterhold drop out if the council gives them to the Empire; Hjaalmarch, Falkreath and The Reach return only if it gives them to the Stormcloaks. Eastmarch is always played.
