The Strange Amulet found in Hjerim during Blood on the Ice. It shows its true name once the Butcher is caught, and is taken from his body.
Found in Windhelm.

- Blood on the Ice: After a few visits to Windhelm, come across guards and onlookers around a body in the graveyard at night, and offer to help. Reward: The Necromancer Amulet, and Hjerim can be fully furnished once you own it.
