Scroll Scouting
This is the scroll from the main quest Elder Knowledge. If you carry it, the quest ends at once. If you sold it to Urag gro-Shub at the College of Winterhold, he sells it back. Otherwise his books point to Septimus Signus and the Tower of Mzark in Blackreach.
- Questline: Dawnguard – Main quest
- Given by: Dexion Evicus
- Add-on: Dawnguard
- Where: College of Winterhold
How to start
Runs alongside Seeking Disclosure, for the Elder Scroll that tells of dragons.
Good to know
Urag pays 2,000 gold for the scroll after the main quest and asks 4,000 to return it, so it is cheaper to hold on to it until Dawnguard is done.
