Ask a carriage driver, an innkeeper or the College librarian where a Moth Priest was seen. The trail runs through Dragon Bridge to Forebears' Holdout, where vampires hold him behind a barrier. Kill their leader, set the Weystone Focus in place and fight the enthralled priest until he comes round.
