Wolfskull Cave

Cave west of Solitude held by bandits until The Man Who Cried Wolf swaps them for necromancers and draugr and opens Wolfskull Ruins. Kill the bandit boss before that quest if you want the cave to count as cleared. The Light Armor skill book The Refugees is here.
