Three Thieves

Where to get it

By a fallen tree south of Shor's Watchtower and at a spot south-east of Angi's Camp. Two more copies can only be reached during Thieves Guild quests, in the Honningbrew basement and in Snow Veil Sanctum.

Found in Shor's Watchtower.
