Masque of Clavicus Vile
A heavy helmet that makes prices 20% better, adds 10 to Speech and speeds magicka regeneration by 5%.
Where to get it
Hand the Rueful Axe back to Clavicus Vile at the end of A Daedra's Best Friend.
Found in Haemar's Shame.
Can be missed
Killing Barbas to keep the Rueful Axe ends the quest without the Masque, and the axe does not count as an artifact.
